*All hourly prices are quoted per engineer required. Prices are negotiable and subject to change. Weekend call out charges are applied at our discretion and may not always be applicable. At any time we reserve the right to terminate any support contract at which point 30 days’ notice will be served to the client. Support contacts are immediately invalidated upon changes to the client’s situation such as a change of location or IT infrastructure and must be renegotiated or risk immediate termination.
