Lennox IT is a family-run IT company in Heanor, Derbyshire. We provide managed IT support, Microsoft 365 migration and support, cyber security and backup, hardware and software supply, and network and fibre cabling for businesses in Derby, Nottingham and across the UK.

We are based at Unit 1 Slack Lane, Heanor, Derbyshire DE75 7GX. We provide on-site support across Derby, Nottingham, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire, and remote IT support to businesses anywhere in the UK.

Lennox IT is Cyber Essentials and ISO 9001 certified, a Microsoft Partner and a Dell Partner, and all staff are DBS checked.

Fixed monthly plans are from £18 per PC per month (Remote-Only) or £23 per PC per month (Complete, including on-site), and pay-as-you-go support is £54 per hour. All prices exclude VAT. See the pricing page for details.

Fixed plans are priced per PC per month, with proactive monitoring and guaranteed response times included. Ask us for the current terms when you request a quote and we will confirm everything in writing.

You will speak directly to an IT engineer, not a call centre. Our helpdesk is staffed five days a week with out-of-hours call-out available, and our fixed plans include guaranteed response-time SLAs.

Yes. We are a Microsoft Partner and migrate email, files and devices to Microsoft 365, then support and secure it day to day. See our Microsoft 365 page.

Our support plans include proactive monitoring and server protection, and you can upgrade with enterprise security protection and ransomware-proof backups.

Yes. Charity and educational discounts are available, and all of our staff are DBS checked.
