What does the Complete plan include that Remote-Only does not?

The Complete plan adds unlimited on-site support to unlimited phone support, for one fixed monthly charge, with our fastest response times and enterprise-level SLAs. On the Remote-Only plan, on-site hours can be bought at a discounted rate.

Which plan should a new customer choose?

New customers join one of our fixed monthly plans, priced per PC so the cost scales with your business and stays predictable. Remote-Only suits businesses without fixed IT infrastructure; Complete suits businesses that want on-site support included. Pay-as-you-go hourly support remains available for occasional needs.

Do prices include VAT?

No. All prices on this site exclude VAT, and your written quote will show the full cost before you commit.

How much does network cabling cost?

Certified Cat6 cabling starts from £27 per socket and Cat7 from £80 per socket. Wireless access points start from £120 per point, and Fluke DTX-1800 certification testing starts from £450 for Cat6 and £800 for Cat7 installations. VoIP calling starts from £14 per handset.
